About Walking Points
Christians want to walk faithfully with Christ… and for Christ… in every sphere of their lives. And they want to finish their journey well. They want to hear those words, “well done, good and faithful servant.” Christians long to one day say with the apostle Paul, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” I know I do.
But there’s a lot of living to be done between the beginning and the end of our journey with Christ. The goal of this website is to help you do just that… to not only navigate your life with Christ during the journey, but to also flourish for God’s glory along the way. To that end, I hope you will check out and subscribe to all the different resources you will find here at the website. Some will take you (safely and securely) off the website, but all are free. Read, listen to, or watch these resources and share them with family, friends, coworkers, and your church family... all the people who make up your personal mission field.
Thanks for stopping by,
Dale

About Me
My name is Dale Tedder, and I am a pastor at Southside Methodist Church. I am married to Suzanne, and we have four wonderful children. I love teaching key truths from the Bible to help folks in their everyday walk with Christ, whether it’s in Sunday morning worship, weekday Bible studies and small groups, one-on-one discipleship, spiritual direction, pastoral care, writing books and study guides, sharing on my podcast, or the things I write at my newsletter. In all of it I want to offer key principles for reflection, next steps to put into practice, and encouragement to help folks walk faithfully with Christ in every sphere of their lives. I am also a member of The Fellowship of Ailbe, which is a spiritual fellowship in the Celtic tradition. Click here to learn more about it and enjoy the resources you will find there.
