Well, it took persistence, prayer, and a lot of grace, but the podcast is now on iTunes. Click the picture below and it will take you to Walking Points Podcast's new home. If you find it helpful, please consider subscribing to it and sharing it with your friends. If you would like, you can still scroll below to listen to some of the older podcasts which are archived here. I'm slowly but surely moving them to iTunes as well.
Thanks, Dale

Walking Points Podcast: Episode 36 This week Ian and I introduce the topic of humility, the first mark of godly manhood. Among the questions we attempt to answer are: What is humility? Why is it important? Is it necessary to pursue? Etc. Enjoy, Dale
Walking Points Podcast: Episode 35 On today's episode, Ian and I discuss our upcoming series on the marks of godly manhood. If you were going to talk to a friend about what a godly (or, Christian) man ought to look like in the way he lives his life, what words or phrases would you use? I asked over 100 men that question and got some great responses. Ian and I will be looking at some of those answers in the weeks to come. Join us on this "marks of godly manhood" journey. Enjoy this week's episode, Dale
Walking Points Podcast: Episode 34 This week Ian and I look at part three of the Spiritual Life Checkup, which focuses on the struggles and temptations we face in the Christian life. We also brainstorm some ideas for how to navigate the tough terrain of faithfully walking with Christ in this world. Enjoy the podcast, Dale
Walking Points Podcast: Episode 33 This week Ian and I look at part two of the Spiritual Life Checkup, which focuses on the Christian's intellectual life. What are the ways you are renewing your mind for the transformation of your life?
Walking Points Podcast: Episode 32 This week Ian and I begin a new series that goes along with the focus of our church during this Lenten season. Listen to the podcast to learn how you can get connected here at Southside and work through the checkup with your church family. Or, gather some friends together and do the checkup with them, no matter where you live. We are recording and posting these one week ahead of the small groups. So, if you're a leader (or even if you aren't), you can watch and/or listen to the podcast to get some ideas you may want to share with your small group. And now... you can download the podcast and listen to it whenever and wherever you would like. Blessings, Dale
Over the days to come I’ll be moving the podcasts from here over to the new Walking Points Podcast blog. That will make it easier for you to keep up with new podcasts, etc. Ian and I also hope to start putting Walking Points on iTunes so folks can download them and listen at their convenience.
Additionally, the podcast will be recorded on video and put on YouTube. I’m planning to add some biblical teaching via video as well. We have some exciting plans, so please be patient while we get our ducks in a row. Sign up to the right so you can know when new things are added. Or, you can LIKE the Walking Points page on Facebook to not only keep up with new podcasts, but also my devotionals and other resources I regularly post to help you faithfully walk with Christ in every sphere of life. Thanks, Dale Walking Points Podcast: Episode 31
What did the Apostle Paul mean when he wrote, Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. 2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. (Galatians 6:1-2) This week Ian and I will talk about this idea of gently restoring a brother or sister (or, being gently restored by them). This is an important discussion and we hope you'll listen and share your thoughts with us. Enjoy the podcast, Dale Walking Points Podcast: Episode 30
Ian and I are back with Part 3 of our series on peacemaking. This week we take a look at the second "G" of peacemaking from Ken Sande's book, The Peacemaker. Our topic this week? Getting the log out of our own eye before we attempt to deal with the speck in someone else's eye. Ouch. Enjoy the podcast, Dale Walking Points Podcast: Episode 29
This week Ian and I continue talking about what it means to be a peacemaker and where it all begins. Christian peacemaking is a God-centered approach to resolving personal conflicts. Thus, we have to start with the most important part, which is, seeking God's glory, even in the midst of conflict. |
